Xbox360e game download stuck at 79%

I have an xbox 360 E 500GB with the latest xblive update (20200320).
On that day, I purchased Dead Space digitally and I got it just fine, plays perfectly! I went on to download call of duty modern warfare and gears of war and this is where my problem starts.
When downloading, both games get stuck at 79 % and starts over at 0%. When I look up the games on my drive they show as damaged. Caches are cleared.
My region and language are the same for both my live account and xbox 360. I never changed the settings.
Theres my description, please help!
