If you are a fan of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare you will be either excited or disappointed. The third season of Call of Duty: Warzone has replaced the trios mode with four heroes. The introduction of the new hero to the Call of Duty: Warzone is one of the major changes in the game since the beginning. At lease for Call of Duty, the trios mode has become a norm for this first-person shooting video game since its first release in 2003. Call of Duty remains a very popular game for those who like shooting games.
The big change is coming in the third season with a complete replacement of the trios mode. Meaning, if you loved trios you won’t be able to appreciate quads mode. A lot of players are already disappointed because of the complete removal of trios. According to Activision, the developer of the game has explained, “Season Three of Warzone brought in Quads, a twist on the game’s standard Battle Royale by way of adding an extra squadmate to each fireteam. A fourth squad member may not seem like much, unless you consider that’s much more firepower being added to each and every team, and that a one-on-four situation is much scarier than a 1v3,”
They have also explained that an extra teammate will make a lot of difference when it comes to power. The fourth fireman can also come in handy when you need to split up for grabbing resupply boxes. Activision has also confirmed that they have got 30 million players in just ten days. On the other hand, a lot of players are not happy about this permanent change. CODwarzone subreddit has got some response due to the issue and many people showed concern saying ” this has to be the worst decision ever”.
