The Last of Us by Naughty Dogs got released in 2013 which was an action-adventure survival game. On the initial release, this game became widely popular among gamers. Seven years later, the developer decided to release the latest edition of the 2013 sequel, The Last of Us II on May 29. Since the announcement, The Last of Us Part II has become one of the most anticipated games of 2020.
Naughty Dogs announced through twitter saying “As you have likely just seen The Last of Us Part II has been delayed”. Twitter has also confirmed that they are nearly done with development and fixing some final bugs. Due to the Corona Virus-19, the logistic support all over the world has shattered, therefore the publisher wants to delay the release so that everyone can experience the game around the same time.
Though the release date is still unannounced, yet it seems like Naughty Dogs and Sony Interactive Entertainment will release the game as soon as the logistics problem ends. The Twitter announcement has also informed that the developing company will further inform about the update.
